Dress Code

Students may wear finger-tip length shorts.  According to school district policy, clothing with obscene or offensive language, drug, tobacco, or alcoholic beverage advertisements may not be worn.  Shoes must have backs and soles.  Students must wear appropriate shoes (tennis shoes) during physical education classes.  Hard shoes, boots, sandals, flip-flops, slip-ons, platform shoes, etc. are not safe footwear for participation in physical activity.  Students should avoid wearing jewelry which would interfere with school work.  Bare midriffs and shirts made out of netting are not allowed.  In addition to the district's dress code, Suter has special clothing days which include "Patriotic Day" on Wednesday when students can wear red, white, and blue clothing of their choice and "School Spirit Day" on Friday when students can wear Suter T-shirts.
